Management portal guide
The management site is the desktop place for a church to schedule homebound visits that bring Communion (the Eucharist) to parishioners, and to review that ministry. Volunteers do the visit work in the mobile app. Open the site, sign in with the email and password for your account, and use the sidebar to move between areas.
Who can sign in
Church Admin and Clergy accounts can open the management site. The site opens on your parish. A Volunteer account is for the mobile app and is turned away here.
| Role | On this site |
|---|---|
| Church Admin | Users, settings, email, parishioners, facilities, and reports for your parish. |
| Clergy | Parishioners, facilities, and reports. Church settings and email can be reviewed, not changed. |
| Volunteer | No management-site access. |
First sign-in
The first time a Church Admin signs in for a parish that does not yet have a logo, facilities, other people, or parishioners, the welcome wizard opens. It walks through church settings, email and branding, facilities, users, and parishioners. Each step opens the matching page, and that page links to its guide. Finish later returns you to Home, where you can continue. A parish that is already set up opens on Home. Parish setup stays on Home whenever you want to walk through it again.
Where to go
- Churches — add a parish and send the welcome email. System Admins.
- Church settings — who is told when a parishioner is added, and which controls change that.
